The RPG-2 (also known as the B-40 in Vietnam) has been used by the following actors in the following films and video games:

- Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark (made to look like a German anti-tank weapon)
- Used by Wild Seven in Battle Royale II: Requiem
- Used by a Vietnamese soldier Platoon
- Peter Langley as Oskar Ver Danken in The Park is Mine (with custom cloth strip camouflage)
