The following weapons appear in the television series Doctor Who:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is used Jack Harkness (John Barrowman) in his Last stand against the Dalek in the episode "The Parting of the Ways" and by Jake Simmonds (Andrew Hayden-Smith) of the Preachers resistance group in a parallel universe in the episode "Rise of the Cybermen".
Colt M1911A1
U.S. Air Force Staff-Sergeant Ishem (Tommy Campbell) pulls a High polished blued-finish M1911A1 in the Season Six episode Day of the Moon.
Glock 17
Glock 17s were used by CO6 (Diplomatic Protection Group) officers in The Aliens Of London and World War Three. In the episode Dalek GeoComTex security guards carry them as their standard sidearms. John Jefferson (Danny Webb) carries one as a backup weapon, using it in a desperate measure to hold off the Ood in "The Satan Pit". Members of Harold Saxon (The Master)'s security team carry Glocks in The Sound of Drums. Lucy Saxon (Alexandra Moen) and Francine Jones (Adjoa Andoh) both use a Glock in "Last of the Time Lords.", most notably being used by Mrs Saxon to kill the Master.
Glock 26 Advance
A Tokyo Marui Glock 26 Advance airsoft replica is used by a prison guard at the beginning of 'The Pandorica Opens' in the year 5145 who is tricked by River Song into thinking a drawing on cell wall is a prisoner. The Glock 26 Advance is a fictional weapon designed by Tokyo Marui. It is a Glock 26 with a compensator, extended grip (so it can use 17 round full-size Glock magazines), and a mounting rail forward of the trigger guard. This gun is also drawn by a few Church Soldiers in the episode "A Good Man Goes To War".
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
A Heckler & Koch USP Compact with stainless slide was used by Thomas Milligan (Tom Ellis) in the episode "Last of the Time Lords". A USP Compact is also used by a member of the resistance group, The Preachers, in a parallel world in the episode "Rise of the Cybermen".
Luger P08
A Luger P08 is used by the German woman at Osterhagen Station One in Germany to try and stop Martha from destroying Earth in "Journey's End". A Wehrmacht officer threatens River with one in "Let's Kill Hitler". Luger P08s with futuristic mockups were also used in "Mummy on the Orient Express".
SIG P226
The SIG P226 is used by Jake Simmonds (Andrew Hayden-Smith) of the Preachers resistance group in a parallel universe in "The Age of Steel". It also appears as the sidearm of various UNIT soldiers in The Sontaran Stratagem and The Poison Sky.
Tokyo Marui airsoft Hi-Capa 4.3

The weapon is a replica, not a real firearm, as explained by a producer in 'Doctor Who Confidential', being the Tokyo Marui airsoft Hi-Capa 4.3. Due to the dust cover being flush to the frame, similar props are used on the spin-off Torchwood.
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK is used by Klineman Halpen (Tim McInnerny) to threaten the Doctor (David Tennant) and Donna Noble (Catherine Tate), before he becomes an Ood in the episode "Planet of the Ood".
Jericho 941 F
In "Let's Kill Hitler", Mels (Nina Toussaint-White) pulls a stainless Jericho 941 F on The Doctor (Matt Smith) and uses it to shoot at the TARDIS' controls. The Doctor later takes it from her. He first tries to stick it in his pants before placing it in a bowl of fruit. She later attempts to use it once she has regenerated into River Song (Alex Kingston).
Double Action Derringer
A Double action derringer, but not a DA38 Derringer as previously believed, is used as an energy weapon by River Song (Alex Kingston) at the beginning of Time of Angels to carve a message into a ship's home box.
Browning Hi-Power
Browning Hi-Powers are carried by the officers aboard the Soviet submarine in the Season Seven episode Cold War, most notably Captain Zhukov (Liam Cunningham) and Lieutenant Stephashin (Tobias Menzies).
