The unidentified revolvers look like Single Action Army's, at least the plow handle grip seems like it to me, the sniper rifles seem like Winchester Model 70's, the hermits shotgun seems to me to be more like a Sharps Rifle from the fore end nose cap, to the chunky receiver and trigger guard plus the barrel almost looks octagonal. Sheriff Well's guns are from the first picture very blurred but seems like a .22 sporter, some 2 band rifle possible Rolling Block or Springfield musket. As for the second a very obvious Springfield Trapdoor Rifle and a double barreled shotgun.
