A Prayer for Katarina Horovitzova (Original: Modlitba pro Kateřinu Horovitzovou) is a 1972 Czech black-and-white produced by TV a historical drama set in 1943 in Italia, directed by Arnost Lustig and Antonín Moskalyk based on the novel by Arnost Lustig. The beautiful Catherine (Lenka Fišerová), which threatened with death in a concentration camp, accidentally falls into the group of rich Jews, and so she translucent hope for salvation. The Nazis, however, with a "lower race" play an insidious game in which they wish to receive any funds from their bank accounts.
