In "Just Decisions" (S1E06), the Beretta 92FS is seen used by an Islamist terrorist when he opens fire on a civilian and a Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz agent. Hector uses a 92FS taken from an apartment dead drop in the middle of "Proof of Life".
FEG PA-63
The FEG PA-63 is seen in the apartment of Chinese defector Houjin Lee (Michael Paul Chan) when CIA agent Daniel Miller (Richard Armitage) shows it to him in the middle of "Just Decisions" (S1E06).
