Scarred City (also released as Scar City) is a 1998 action thriller directed by Ken Sanzel and starring Stephen Baldwin as John Trace, a gun-happy police officer who is drafted into a special unit, known as SCAR, that acts in death squad style, killing criminals rather than arresting them. Soon Trace feels himself in tensions with other members of SCAR, including his boss Lt. Laine Devon (Chazz Palminteri). On a mission on villa of a drug boss, while SCAR personnel kill all witnesses, Trace helps a call girl Candy (Tia Carrere) to escape. Now Trace and Candy are pursued by both cops and criminals.
The following weapons were used in the film Scarred City:
During the shootout in adult book store one of the robbers (Al Thompson) is armed with a large frame, stainless steel revolver with full underlug. Its rectangular shape resembles Smith & Wesson Model 629 Classic though Smith & Wesson Model 686 is also a possible guess.

One of the robbers (Dexter Locke) in adult book store holds a compact revolver. The general shape of this gun allows to guess it to be an inexpensive small caliber "Saturday night special".
Candy (Tia Carrere) draws an M1911A1 that belonged to her late father and gives it to John Trace (Stephen Baldwin) who uses this pisol until the final.
Speedy (James Villemaire) carries a holstered pistol that appears to be some Glock model. The size of the holsters allows to guess that it's a compact model, like Glock 19.
In the opening scene John Trace kills a drug dealer, thinking him to be armed. Then Bobby (Steven Flynn) puts a nondescript pocket pistol in hand of the dead man, thus falsifying the exhibit.
Ithaca 37 shotguns are used by every SCAR member. These guns are seen in three versions: first, a standard Ithaca 37 Riot Version with wooden furniture; second, a Riot Version with Choate stock; and third, a version with rifle sights, extended magazine tube and Choate stock.
Bushmaster M17S assault rifles, fitted with red dot sights, are also widely used by SCAR personnel. In the final scene a Bushmaster M17S is used by Candy (Tia Carrere).
