The Mossberg 144 Target Rifle series was produced in its various forms from 1949 to 1985. Models included the original Model 144 Target Rifle (1949-1954), the 144LS which featured special Lyman front and rear target sights (1954-1960), the LSA (1960-1979), and the LSB (1979-1985).
