Hold-Up is a 1985 French-Canadian crime comedy directed by Alexandre Arcady. Jean-Paul Belmondo stars in the film as Grimm, a criminal who has a crafty plan to rob the most secure bank in Montreal. Hold-Up was an adaptation of the Jay Cronley novel Quick Change, which was later adapted into a 1990 heist comedy co-directed and starring Bill Murray.

Several Montreal SWAT officers carry pistols in addition to their M16s or sniper rifles. These pistols are seen only in holsters, but they greatly resemble Browning Hi-Power.
Several SWAT officers are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5 SMGs. They are seen very briefly and at a distance so it's impossible to say for sure if they are MP5A3s or converted HK 94 Carbines.
