The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series Fortitude:
Pistols
Glock 17
Members of the Norwegian Police Service stationed in Fortitude continue to carry the Glock 17 as their service firearm. Officers Eric Odegard (Björn Hlynur Haraldsson) and Petra Bergen (Alexandra Moen) are seen carrying them in a trailer for Season 2.
Note: Ordinary Norwegian police officers are usually not armed, but they have weapons in their patrol cars. The standard issue pistol for the Norwegian policemen is the Heckler & Koch P30, while the special unit has access to Glocks. It can be assumed the reason the officers permanently carry their guns is due to the laws in Fortitude stating all citizens must be armed (in case of polar bear attacks).
Rifles
Remington 700 BDL
Michael Lennox (Dennis Quaid) is seen armed with what appears to be a Remington 700 BDL as he storms into a room in the Season 2 trailer.
Other
Flamethrower
Hazmat officers are seen using a flamethrowers to destroy infected items in the Season 2 trailer.
