The Last Run is a 1971 action thriller directed at first by John Huston and then by Richard Fleischer. Harry Garmes (George C. Scott) is a retired getaway driver from Chicago who now lives in a small seaside town in Portugal. Last time he is hired to drive an escaped criminal and his girlfriend to France. At first everything goes well but then the three find out that they are betrayed.
The following weapons were used in the film The Last Run:
Handguns
M1911A1
M1911A1 pistols are used by Harry Garmes (George C. Scott), Paul Rickard (Tony Musante) and numerous rival criminals.
Astra 400/600 pistol
In the scene in France one of the rival criminals is armed with an Astra 400 or Astra 600 pistol.
Unidentified pocket pistol
Claudie brings a pocket pistol to Rickard. He call the gun ".32 caliber" but it rather seems to be a .25.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
During the shootout on the road a gunman holds a Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver (as the movie was filmed in Spain, the revolver is most likely a Spanish clone of S&W model). Garmes briefly holds the revolver after the shootout.
Submachine Guns
Star Z62
Spanish gendarmes carry Star Z62 SMGs in the scene of Rickard's escape.
Rifles
M1893 Spanish Mauser
In the final scene a Portuguese gendarme holds a rifle that appears to be a Spanish Mauser M1893.
