The Mirror (Zerkalo) is a poetic semi-autobiographical arthouse drama directed by Andrei Tarkovsky. Set in three different time periods it uses a lot of archival footage of real wars (World War II, Spanish Civil War) and conflicts (1969 Sino-Soviet border conflict), which are seen as a historical background for the plot.

The following weapons are seen in the movie The Mirror (Zerkalo):

Shotguns

TOZ-8

In a flashback set in 1940's TOZ-8 bolt action shotgun is seen fired by adolescent students during military lessons, including Markov, Asafiev and Alexei (Ignat Daniltsev). Military instructor Shirokov (Yuriy Gavrilov), a World War II veteran with concussion, is also seen handling this shotgun.

Mosin Nagant M38 Carbine

Soviet soldiers in the World War II archive footage are seen carrying Mosin Nagant M38 Carbine. It is possible that a few other variants of Mosin Nagant Rifle are mixed in, but it is hard to identify clearly.

F-1 Hand Grenade

Asafiev brings an F-1 hand grenade to a military training, eagerly identified by other students as "limonka" ("a lemon one", common nickname for such a type of grenade). He throws it on the shooting range, which causes military instructor Shirokov to grab it and cover with his body, only to discover that it is a training/dummy one.
