Absolution is a 2015 DTV action film that is the third of three features that star Steven Seagal as John Alexander (following 2013's Force of Execution and 2014's A Good Man. The film finds Alexander conflicted between protecting a young woman and carrying out the contract from the organization that hired his services. The film was directed by Keoni Waxman, a frequent director of recent Seagal films, and the cast includes frequent Seagal collaborators Vinnie Jones and Byron Mann.
