Flintlock Pistol
In 1781, Ichabod Crane, and most of the officers involved in the Hudson Valley battle, carry Flintlock Pistols. Crane himself appears to carry a Tower Sea Service pistol (commonly used in the British Navy of the Time period and seen on the colonies on both sides).

Glock 17
In "Pilot" (S1E01), all of the Sleepy Hollow Sheriff’s department uses Glock 17 pistols. Some are Gen 2 and others are Gen 3 variants.

Unknown handguns
In the Pilot Episode (S1E01), when Deputy Brook’s apartment is broken into and his gun safe has been forced open, we can see several handguns, however the shot is quick and it is hard to identify them.
