Detective Hieronymus "Harry" Bosch (Titus Welliver) continues to carry a Kimber Custom TLE II as his service weapon. The Kimber is the pistol author Michael Connelly specifies as Bosch's LAPD sidearm in his later novels.

A sawed-off shotgun is used by armed gangsters when corrupt cops raid their neighborhood in "Gone" (S2E05).

The SIG-Sauer MPX is first seen in the gun safe owned by Carl Nash (Brent Sexton) in "Exit Time" (S2E07). He later uses the weapon in "Follow the Money" (S2E08). This weapon is later seen in the LAPD crime lab in Season 2's finale "Everybody Counts" (S2E10). This is one of the earliest appearances of the weapon in a film or television series.

The Heckler & Koch UMP is seen in Nash's gun safe in "Exit Time" (S2E07).
