Glock 26 Advanced

Members of Star Helix Security, including Detective Joe Miller (Thomas Jane) carry a sidearm which appears to be a visually modified Glock 26 Advanced Airsoft pistol (a fictional variant of the Glock 26 with an accessory rail, grip extension and compensated extended barrel originally manufactured by Tokyo Marui). Amos Burton (Wes Chatham) also carried one of these pistols suggesting that it may be a standard "Earth" firearm.

Rifles

Heckler & Koch SL8-4

Amos has an airsoft Umarex SL9 that looks similar to a Heckler & Koch SL8-4 with a G36K length barrel and handguard, along with various futuristic-looking bits on it. It also, curiously, appears to lack a magazine. Called the Star Helix Long Gun.

Heckler & Koch SL8-4 - 5.56x45mm. This variant is not imported into the US due to its double stack magazine well, which allows it to use flush fitting 10 round magazines.
