Mad Dog Coll (also known as Killer Instinct) is a 1993 criminal drama, produced by Menahem Golan. In the New York, torn apart by the war between mafia clans, starts its ascent to the top of the criminal career Vincent Coll, nicknamed "Mad Dog," which eventually destined to become a real king of the underworld.
