Remington 870 with Ghost Ring Sights
Remington 870 used by all of the guard tower sharpshooters, firing rubber bullets.
M16A2
M16A2 used by several guards when Colonel Winters realizes that he's lost control during the riot.
Beretta M9
The Army's standard-issue sidearm, the Beretta 92FS makes an appearence in M12 holsters and being wielded by Colonel Winters (James Gandolfini) and Captain Peretz (Steve Burton).

Used by a few prisoners along with a catapult to set the guard towers on fire.
