The muzzle in this scene is obviously that of a replica Desert Eagle. Death Machine (1994)

Death Machine is a 1994 sci-fi/cyberpunk film that centers around a ragtag group trying to survive an attack from a "Frontline Morale Destroyer" killer robot. Apparently, the screenwriters had a bit of fun when they named the characters. The character "Dante" was purportedly named after famed director Joe Dante (Gremlins).
