In the film, [[Will Smith]] and [[Martin Lawrence]] star as Miami Police Department narcotics detectives who find themselves protecting a murder witness from a dangerous drug lord following the theft of a $100 million worth of heroin from the police lockup. Bad Boys is the 1995 action comedy that marked the feature film directorial debut of Michael Bay. In the film, Will Smith and Martin Lawrence star as Miami Police Department narcotics detectives who find themselves protecting a murder witness from a dangerous drug lord following the theft of a $100 million worth of heroin from the police lockup. The detective duo would return in 2003's Bad Boys II and then in 2020's Bad Boys for Life.
The following weapons were used in the film Bad Boys:

Pistols
Smith & Wesson 4506
Detective Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) uses a Smith & Wesson 4506 as his sidearm throughout the film. He uses an original bulged frame with a square trigger guard and either Novak or regular fixed sights throughout the film.
Special
Smith & Wesson 6906
Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) uses an older model Smith & Wesson 6906 as his back up weapon throughout the film.
SIG-Sauer P226
Detective Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) uses a stainless SIG-Sauer P226 as his sidearm throughout the movie.
SIG-Sauer P225
Although Mike Lowrey normally carries a chrome-plated (not nickel, according to the documentary/making of) SIG-Sauer P226, the gun he uses to shoot Fouchet is clearly a smaller SIG-Sauer P225 which also has a chrome finish (note the shorter barrel and different trigger guard shape, plus the thinner frame). It is not clear whether this is supposed to be a backup weapon, or merely a continuity error.
SIG-Sauer P230
Mike Lowrey carries a SIG-Sauer P230 as his BUG (back up gun).
Heckler & Koch USP
Marcus Burnett gets a Heckler & Koch USP pointed at him by the Carjacker (Michael Taliferro) during the opening of the film.
Beretta 85BB
Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo) uses a chrome-plated Beretta 85BB with pearl grips throughout the film. He most notably uses this weapon to kill Max (Karen Alexander) and to shoot Eddie Dominguez (Emmanuel Xuereb) in the leg.
Beretta 92FS
Detective Sanchez (Nestor Serrano) pulls a Beretta 92FS when he and Ruiz apprehend the two gang members staking out the Burnett house. Noah Trafficante (Marc Macaulay) carries what appears to be a Beretta 92FS fitted with a laser sight as his weapon.
Detonics Scoremaster
Ferguson (Vic Manni) carries the Detonics ScoreMaster as his main handgun. It is most notably seen when confronting Eddie Dominguez (Emmanuel Xuereb)
Walther PPK/S
Julie Mott (Téa Leoni) is seen taking a Walther PPK/S from the gun cabinet of Det. Lowrey (Will Smith) and pulls it at Club Hell with intentions of killing Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo) there.
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
After the highway chase, Julie (Téa Leoni), Mike (Will Smith), and Marcus (Martin Lawrence) are seen entering a convenience store to where the store clerk (Shaun Toub) notices Mike's holstered SIG. The clerk then pulls out one of two Desert Eagle Mark XIXs he has behind the counter on the two detectives. When the clerk gets distracted by Julie walking out of the store, Mike and Marcus pull their guns on the clerk.
Wildey
Some type of Wildey Hunter is visible in the store clerk's holsters next to the Desert Eagles.
Smith & Wesson 639
When Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) goes back to his house, Detective Ruiz (Julio Oscar Mechoso) pulls an early model Smith & Wesson 639 on the two gang members in a nearby car who were staking out the home. Casper (Frank John Hughes), one of Fouchet's cronies, also caries a S&W 639 as his primary weapon.
COP 357 Derringer
Near the end of the film, a wounded Fouchet pulls a hidden COP 357 Derringer in a last-ditch attempt to kill his captors, though is foiled when Lowrey spots the light reflecting off the pistol's chrome plating and shoots Fouchet before he can use the weapon.
Revolvers
Charter Arms Bulldog
During the carjacking at the opening of the film, the White Carjacker (Kim Coates) points a Charter Arms Bulldog at Mike.
Smith & Wesson Model 27
When Fouchet (Tchéky Karyo) and his cronies come to Mike Lowrey's (Will Smith) apartment to capture Julie Mott (Téa Leoni), Fouchet uses a snubnosed Smith & Wesson Model 27 along with his Beretta Cheetah "akimbo style" to shoot at Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) while they make their getaway with Julie.
Shotguns
Franchi SPAS 12
In an attempt to take out Julie Mott (Téa Leoni), one of Fouchet's thugs, Kuni (Ralph Gonzalez) is armed with a Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun that he uses to blow a hole in the door of her apartment.
Winchester 1300 "Defender"
A gangster uses a silver finished Winchester 1300 when firing at the Ether truck. Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) later grabs one off a dead gangster and uses it in the final firefight.
Submachine Guns
Calico M960A Submachine Gun
Detective Sanchez (Nestor Serrano) is armed with a Calico M960A submachine gun during the hangar shootout.
Special
Intratec TEC-DC9
