Over There was a 2005 television series that was one of the first to portray on a weekly basis the early days of US involvement in the Iraq War. The series was co-created by Steven Bochco, the producer behind such series as Hill Street Blues and NYPD Blue, and aired for 13 episodes in the US on the FX cable channel.
The following weapons were used in the television series Over There:
Rifles/Carbines
Colt M4A1
One of the most commonly seen weapons in the show, the M4A1 carbine is used by practically all the American characters in the show seen in Iraq, with a few exceptions. All versions have the RIS foregrip, with the exception of Pvt. Frank 'Dim' Dumphy (Luke MacFarlane), who has an M203 grenade launcher and Surefire Universal weaponlight mounted on his as mentioned below. Pvt.
