A SIG-Sauer P229R is the sidearm carried by Sergeant Henry "Hank" Voight (Jason Beghe). Sometimes it changes into a two-tone P229R.
SIG-Sauer "Non Gun"
A suspect uses what appears to be a nickel-plated SIG-style pistol in "Wrong Side of the Bars" (S1E02). Due to the close proximity of the pistol pointed at a child, this is likely a Non Gun.

Glock 17
The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by the majority of the detectives in the Special Intelligence Unit of the Chicago PD including Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda), Detective Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer), and Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas). The Glock is also carried by the majority of the patrol officers on the show, including Officer Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) and Officer Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati).

Detective Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush) carries a Glock 19 as her sidearm. In "Conventions" (S1E06), a crossover episode with Law & Order: SVU, the Glock 19 is also carried by NYPD detectives in the Special Victims Unit including Detective Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish).
Springfield Armory 1911 Lightweight Operator
The Springfield Armory 1911 Lightweight Operator appears to be the pistol Voight takes off a suspect and uses it to threaten him in "Thirty Balloons" (S1E05).

What appears to be a Nemesis Arms Vanquish is used by one of Munoz's assassins in "My Way" (S1E13).

Remington 870 (Breacher)
A Remington 870 shotgun fitted with a pistol grip, breaching muzzle, and saddle shell holder is used by Detective Sumners to breach locked doors in "At Least It's Justice" (S1E10).
