Chicago Fire is a television drama that follows the lives of firefighters and paramedics serving in the Chicago Fire Department. The series premiered in the US on NBC in 2012. In 2013, Chicago Fire would introduce several characters that would go on to star in Chicago P.D., a spinoff series that follows officers in the Chicago Police Department. Two more spinoffs would follow: Chicago Med, a hospital drama that premiered in 2015, and Chicago Justice, a legal drama that premiered in 2017.
