I'm a bit unsure about the ID of this SIG-Sauer. I initially thought it was a P226, but they seem a bit short. They appear to have the squared off trigger guards of the P226, but the length of the P228/9, but no rails. They're still | They're P226s, the P228/229 is shorter still. Admittedly there really isn't much difference in length between the full-size and intermediate SIGs, I've been flubbed there a time or two. To add though, only the newer 228/229s (with rails) have the hooked guards, and the P225's trigger guard is rather distinctive looking, plus the grips appear a bit long (the medium SIGs are slightly shorter there also) - all that further supports these being 226s. I'm pretty damn sure, anyway. StanTheMan (talk) 20:49, 29 October 2014 (EDT) | ||

Looking at the caps on the page, it seems the SIGs are all older models without the rails, so might be better to use the older image like what I posted above here in the talk page. Same seems to apply to the Glocks - All the G17 pics and almost all the G19 pics look to be 2nd Gen variants, without the accessory rails. ::: Hmm, been a while now.. Anyway, I took another lookie here - Looking close, the forend of this pistol seems to be a bit rounded off, making think if this is a Ruger semiauto, it's more likely a newer one in the series - a KP94 or KP95 instead. Also, I think the other unknown pistol on the main page, the one that Crews uses, is a S&W auto, possibly a re-use of that same 5906 in the Pilot. SIG-Sauer
I'm a bit unsure about the ID of this SIG-Sauer. I initially thought it was a P226, but they seem a bit short. They appear to have the squared off trigger guards of the P226, but the length of the P228/9, but no rails. Any thoughts? --Funkychinaman (talk) 18:58, 29 October 2014 (EDT)

Unknowns
Unknown Pistol
Paul Haimes (Kirk Bovill) uses an unknown pistol in "Christmas" (S01E11). I'm leaning towards a Ruger KP89. Or maybe the S&W 5906 from an earlier episode? Thoughts? --Funkychinaman (talk) 18:47, 24 October 2014 (EDT)
