Browning Hi-Power
Near the end of "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)", Raymond Reddington uses a Browning Hi-Power as his main sidearm. He later uses it in suceeding seasons.
Colt Model 1903
In a brief continuity error in "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)", Duncan Prince's Colt M1911A1 changes for a few seconds to a Colt Model 1903.
Colt M1911A1
Duncan Prince is seen wielding a Colt M1911A1 near the end of "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)". One of Gerst's men appears to use one in "The Longevity Initiative (No. 97)". A stainless steel version is used by a black ops agent employed by the Director Kotsiopulos while disguised as a FBI Agent in "Leonard Caul (No. 62)".
Colt M1991A1
A Colt M1991A1 version is seen in the hands of Yabari (Sahr Ngaujah) near the end of "T. Earl King VI (No. 94)" with Reddington using it later to settle the score with the Kings.
CZ 75B
Berlin and his men in Russia are armed with the CZ 75B in the middle of "The Decembrist (No. 12)".
CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM
A CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM appears to be the sidearm of Dembe Zuma (Hisham Tawfiq) throughout the season, first appearing in "The Scimitar (No. 22)". One of Lord Baltimore's men uses a CZ 75 SP-01 PHANTOM as his sidearm when he raids the Hyland residence in "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)".
Glock 17 (FAB Defense KPOS G1)
Glock 17s outfitted with FAB Defense KPOS G1 carbine conversion kits are used by some of the escapees who seized the CIA black site in "Luther Braxton (No. 21)".
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used by Mossad agent Samar Navabi (Mozhan Marnò) while in the task force under the cover of a FBI agent, first seen in "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)". A Front cultist named Chris Perez (Blake DeLong), infected with the Apophis Strain, uses Navabi's sidearm to shoot her near the end of "The Front (No. 74)". Loyd Munroe (Elliot Villar) uses one taken from a New York State Trooper at the start of "The Longevity Initiative (No. 97)".
Glock 19
FBI agents, most notably Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone) and Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), are seen using Glock 19s throughout season 2. Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) uses one in a dream at the start of "Dr. James Covington (No. 89)". A Berlin agent disguised as a Homeland Security agent use it to shoot Fitch's aide in "The Decembrist (No. 12)". One of Kenneth Jasper's guards uses it in "Quon Zhang (No. 87)", but was disarmed by Dembe. Alliance/Cabal assassins use them when they engage Tom and Liz in the middle of "Tom Connolly (No. 11)".
Glock 26
A Glock 26 is seen in the hands of Navabi in the middle of "Quon Zhang (No. 87)".
Makarov PM
A Makarov PM is used by Ruslan Denisov (Faran Tahir) as his main sidearm throughout "Ruslan Denisov (No. 67)".
Smith & Wesson M&P Shield
Raymond Reddington carries a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield as his sidearm when he confronts Maddox Beck to secure Apophis Strain vaccines in "The Front (No. 74)".
SIG-Sauer P229R
A SIG-Sauer P229R was used by The Major (Lance Henriksen) in "The Longevity Initiative (No. 97)".
Tokarev TT-33
Yabari is seen showing off his Tokarev TT-33 at the start of "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)". Baz (Bazzel Baz) pulls one out when he and Dembe corner the Major near the end of "The Major (No. 75)".
X26 Taser
Most of Lord Baltimore's men are armed with X26 Tasers when they storm the Hyland residence in "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)".
Walther PPK
A Berlin turncoat named Vargas (Paul Reubens) uses a silenced Walther PPK near the end of "Dr. James Covington (No. 89)" with Reddington using it later to take care of his turncoat associate. A stainless steel version is used by Dr. Linus Creel (David Costabile) near the end of "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)". Tom Keen uses a silenced PPK during a mission in Dresden, Germany to take out an arms dealer in the middle of "The Major (No. 75)" and uses it without a silencer in "Tom Keen (No. 7)".
Walther P99
A Walther P99 with a stainless slide is used by Tom Keen as his main sidearm during "Tom Connolly (No. 11)".
Revolvers
Enfield No. 2
Most of Yabari's men are armed with Enfield No. 2 revolvers throughout the start of "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)". Human traffickers uses the No. 2 as their sidearm at the start of "The Mombasa Cartel (No. 114)" uses one as his main sidearm.
Smith & Wesson New Model No.3
A Smith & Wesson New Model No.3 with a pearl grip is used throughout "T. Earl King VI (No. 94)" as the sidearm used by the King family to settle differences by Russian roulette. Reddington uses it to execute the patriarch after escaping captivity.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 10 is used by ex-CIA agent Leonard Caul (Ned Van Zandt) in "Leonard Caul (No. 62)". It's also used by Liz's mother Katarina Rostova was used by Masha Rostova/Elizabeth Keen as a child to shoot her abusive father in a flashback towards the end of the season 2 finale, "Tom Connolly (No. 11)".
Smith & Wesson Model 28
A Smith & Wesson Model 28 is used by Reddington near the end of "Leonard Caul (No. 62)" to defend himself during an assault on his safehouse. Note that he fires seven shots when said weapon only holds six in reality.
Smith & Wesson Model 29
Duncan Prince uses a Smith & Wesson Model 29 as his main weapon when he confronts Dr. Creel near the end of "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)".
Smith & Wesson Model 586
A Smith & Wesson Model 586 is used by Kate Kaplan (Susan Blommaert) as her main sidearm in "Leonard Caul (No. 62)".
Smith & Wesson Model 65
A Smith & Wesson Model 65 is used by Dr. Julian Powell (Joshua Close) near the end of "The Longevity Initiative (No. 97)" when he chooses to commit suicide.
Smith & Wesson Model 66
A Smith & Wesson Model 66 is used by Ali Hassan (Ramsey Faragallah) uses it as his sidearm in "The Scimitar (No. 22)" after he sees Reddington in his estate.

A Smith & Wesson Model 686 appears to be used by Maddie Thornhill (Meredith Holzman) to shoot people inside a bank at the start of "Dr. Linus Creel (No. 82)".

The bank robbers in "The Monarch Douglas Bank (No. 112)" are all armed with Heckler & Koch MP5Ks.

Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs are seen with some of the black ops agents working for Director Kotsiopulos near the end of "Leonard Caul (No. 62)".
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen in the hands of Francis King's men in "T. Earl King VI (No. 94)." GSG-9 operators use them during a raid in Munich in the middle of "Tom Keen (No. 7)". Some of Reddington's men use them in "Leonard Caul (No. 62)" while protecting his safehouse while black ops agents working for Director Kotsiopulos use them as well.
KRISS Vector
One of Lord Baltimore's men was armed with a KRISS Vector in "Lord Baltimore (No. 104)", seen next to his corpse.
IMI Micro Uzi
Samar Navabi uses an IMI Micro Uzi to cover the advance of Agents Keen and Ressler in "The Monarch Douglas Bank (No. 112)". A Micro Uzi with a suppressor is used by an assassin working for the Scimitar in "The Scimitar (No. 22)".

AR-15
AR-15s are seen with Reddington's mercenaries and some of the black ops agents working for Director Kotsiopulos near the end of "Leonard Caul (No. 62)".

An AK-47 is used by a human trafficker at the start of "The Mombasa Cartel (No. 114)".

AKS-47 assault rifles are seen with some Uzbek Army commandos during a raid in "Ruslan Denisov (No. 67)".

Most of Reddington's men operating in Warsaw, Poland are armed with AKMSUs modified to carry railed foregrips near the end of "The Monarch Douglas Bank (No. 112)". A SRU fighter and an Uzbek Army commando use them in "Ruslan Denisov (No. 67)".

Colt Law Enforcement Carbines are seen in the hands of police officers and military personnel throughout the season.

What appears to be a Winchester Model 1873 is used by an ex-Kenyon Family member turned survivalist to shoot David Kenyon after he does not go through with blowing the explosives inside the van near the end of "The Kenyon Family (No. 71)".

Some Kel-Tec KSGs are seen in "Leonard Caul (No. 62)" with some of Reddington's men, equipped with EOTech sights and vertical foregrips. Tom secures one as well.
