The CS/LR3 and the CS/LR4 are two Chinese bolt-action sniper rifles developed by No. 208 Research Institute and manufactured by Jianshe, both subsidiaries of China South Industries Group.

The CS/LR3 was reportedly adopted around 2016-2017 by the People's Liberation Army as the QBU-141 (QBU141 in Chinese sources). The CS/LR4 has also been observed under the export name NSG-1, under Norinco branding.
