The Day That Shook the World (Original title: Sarajevski atentat) is a 1975 Czechoslovak-Yugoslav co-production historical film about the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and his wife Sophie in Sarajevo in 1914 and the immediate aftermath that led to the outbreak of World War I. Starring Christopher Plummer, Florinda Bolkan and Maximilian Schell.

The Serbian terrorists of the Mlada Bosna (Young Bosnia) organization were equipped with FN 1910 pistols, but in the film used similar-looking, but anachronistic, FN 1922 pistols.
