Noir is a 26-episode anime series from 2001 that was directed by Koichi Mashimo, written by Ryoe Tsukimura, and produced by Bee Train. It follows two young female assassins, the Corsican Mireille Bouquet and the Japanese amnesiac Yuumura Kirika, who team up to seek answers about the mysteries of their past, their connection to each other, the nature of the shadowy secret society "Soldats" that seems to be targeting them, and the meaning of the ancient name "Noir"... This is the first anime of Bee Train's "Girls with Guns" Trilogy (the next two being Madlax and El Cazador de la Bruja).
The following weapons were used in the anime series Noir:
Pistols
Beretta M1934
Kirika Yuumura uses a Beretta M1934 customized with a threaded barrel throughout the series, with it sometimes being equipped with a removable silencer. Noir is notable for its attention to detail during the sequences in which Kirika is cleaning her disassembled Beretta. Kirika's Beretta is usually carried in her pocket or waistband, rather than a holster. Chloe briefly takes and uses Kirika's Beretta in order to deliver to her 'the last guidance'. Altena later returns it.
Walther P99
The Walther P99 was used by Mireille Bouquet throughout the series, with and without its removable silencer. Like Kirika's Beretta, Mireille's Walther is shown in unusual detail in scenes where she has disassembled the gun for maintenance. Mireille usually carries her Walther in her handbag.
SIG Pro 2340
The SIG Pro 2340 is used by the majority of Soldat's Assassins as well as other enemies.
Desert Eagle Mk XIX
Pierre Cressoit, the leader of the French extreme nationalist faction, carries a Desert Eagle. It appears to be a .50AE model. According to the notes in the DVD production sketches, it's a .44 Magnum model. Pravda616 But it doesn't show the fluted barrel common on the .44 TrueFork
Browning Hi-Power MkIII
General Dieter Raimann's bodyguards carry Browning Hi-Powers.
CZ 75
Christian Gare, an old enemy of Mireille's, carries an early model CZ 75.
Walther P5
Mireille's uncle Claude uses a Walther P5, with removable silencer.
SIG P210
A Soldat's member in Taiwan carries a SIG P210.
Makarov PM
The Triad members in Taiwan arm themselves with Makarov PMs. Kirika also uses one briefly in tandem with her Beretta 34.
Beretta 92SB
The Knights of Paris mostly use Beretta 92SBs equipped with silencers.
Heckler & Koch USP
The soldiers attacking the Soldats' village also carry Heckler & Koch USPs as sidearms.
Walther PPK
Nuns from Altena's faction are armed with Walther PPKs with gold plating and carved and inlaid grips.
Tokarev TT-33
The Russian Tokarev TT-33 is used by the revolutionary army in the unnamed desert country of episode 7, and also by Russian soldiers in Yuri Nazarov's command.
MAB PA-15
The corrupt policemen in episode 10 are armed with MAB PA-15 pistols.
Leuchtpistole
Mireille uses a flare pistol in episode 7 that looks like a Leuchtpistole without the braking lever.
Revolver
Mle 1892 Revolver
Kirika takes a Mle 1892 Revolver from a Knight of Paris when she loses her Beretta 34. It is later used by Altena.
Unknown Revolver
Thibault and Tristan fire in episode 22. We can assume they are Modele d’Ordonnance Mle 1892 but it's impossible to tell.
Machine pistols
Ingram MAC-10
Underlings of industrialist crimelord Albert Dux initially use MAC-10s with lamps crudely taped to them.
Note that all MAC-10s are depicted as having a custom full sling rather than the standard front strap.
Beretta 93R
The Beretta M93R (converted to fully automatic fire capability) is used by the Gleone family assassin named Dominic.
Submachine gun
H&K MP5K
The German MP5K is used by the Gleone family assassin named Francesco.
An MP5K is also seen during the opening credits.
H&K MP5A5
The Soldat killers in episode 19 use MP5A5 guns.
Sten
An East German hitman fires Sten submachine gun at Chloe. It's hard to ID specific model of it.
Shotgun
SPAS-12
The SPAS-12 is used by the Gleone family assassin named Paolo.
12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun
Margaret uses a 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun in episode 22.
Rifles
M16 A1
The M16 A1 is used by the Ulgian Army, and subsequently by Kirika.
AK-47
The Kalashnikov AK-47 is used by the revolutionary army in the unidentified desert country of episode 7. One is also carried by a soldier in Altena's childhood flashbacks.
Heckler & Koch G36K
The troops who attack the Soldat's village in the Pyrenees are armed with Heckler & Koch G36Ks.
Berthier Fusil Modèle 1916 Carabine
Village Chief Thibault uses a scoped Berthier Fusil Modèle 1916 Carabine to repel the troops from the tower of the village church.
Sauer S202 Rifle
A Corsican assassin snipes with a scoped J.P. Sauer S202 with swept-back bolt handle. This man later uses a SIG Pro 2340 as well.
Others
Panzerfaust III
