:I think the movie's critical and commercial failure is the film's biggest legacy. People expected a lot from this film, and it had a decent cast, a post-''Schindler's List'' but pre-''English Patient'' Ralph Fiennes, Uma Thurman, and Sean Connery, with an up and coming director. I think the biggest surprise is that no one has ever released the original cut of the film, despite the director's offer to reassemble it for free. Suggestion to revise intro text
I would suggest to move below lines from the intro text to the discussion page. I can totally relate to the comments but they sound pretty judgmental and as such more suitable for the discussion page.

- I think the movie's critical and commercial failure is the film's biggest legacy. People expected a lot from this film, and it had a decent cast, a post-Schindler's List but pre-English Patient Ralph Fiennes, Uma Thurman, and Sean Connery, with an up and coming director. I think the biggest surprise is that no one has ever released the original cut of the film, despite the director's offer to reassemble it for free.
