Benicio del Toro is a Puerto Rican actor who has appeared as Alejandro Gillick in 2015's Sicario and the 2018 sequel Sicario: Day of the Soldado, Fred Fenster in 1995's The Usual Suspects, as DJ in Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and as Javier Rodriguez in the 2000 film Traffic, a role for which Del Toro received the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. Del Toro also portrayed the character of Taneleer Tivan, aka "The Collector" for several films within the MCU. He returned to voice the character in the 2021 Marvel animated series What If...?.
