:I would agree that this category's name should be changed to "Less-Than-Lethal" or just "Less Lethal." I prefer the latter term because the former implies that it "isn't really lethal." Isn't the normal term for these "less-lethal" to avoid legal issues? Evil Tim (talk) 21:55, 1 December 2013 (EST)

Wikipedia uses the title "Non-lethal weapons" and exapands it as the following: "Non-lethal weapons, also called less-lethal weapons, less-than-lethal weapons, non-deadly weapons, compliance weapons, or pain-inducing weapons...". Greg-Z (talk) 22:02, 1 December 2013 (EST)
Is the title of this category missing a hyphen? Surely either it should be "Less Than Lethal" or "Less-Than-Lethal" shouldn't it? --commando552 (talk) 09:17, 24 June 2014 (EDT)
I would agree that this category's name should be changed to "Less-Than-Lethal" or just "Less Lethal." I prefer the latter term because the former implies that it "isn't really lethal." A shotgun loaded with beanbag rounds can still kill you, it just needs more hits than regular buckshot normally would. --Mazryonh (talk) 00:49, 27 March 2015 (EDT)
