Umbrella Coup (Le coup du parapluie) is a 1980 French comedy directed by Gérard Oury. Gregoire Lecomte (Pierre Richard) is an unemployed actor who tries to get the small role of an assassin in a movie. He enters accidentally into the office of a Mafia boss and receives a contract - kill arms dealer Otto Krampe (Gert Fröbe) in Saint Tropez. While for Gregoire everything seems like the scenario of a movie, the real killer Moskowitz (Gordon Mitchell) who finally gets this kill job, follows the actor's footsteps and try to kill him.
