Beretta 92FS
An armed and masked gunman in "Vamos" (S4E01) is seen with a Beretta 92FS. Marlon Higgins (Patrick Mark) opens fire with a 92FS at Annie in "Space (I Believe in)" (S4E06). A United State Air Force airman is armed with a Beretta 92FS in his right leg holster in "Dead".
Beretta 92A1
An assassin uses what appears to be a Beretta 92A1 with a mounted suppressor in order to kill Arthur with it in "There Goes the Gun" (S4E15). Arthur later uses it to finish off the assassin.
Beretta 92FS Inox
Calder Michaels (Hill Harper) uses a Beretta 92FS Inox pistol as his main sidearm, first in the opening of "Vamos" (S4E01) and when killing a cartel hitman in Colombia later in the episode. One is used with a suppressor by the said hitman in the same episode. One is used by an armed man in "Crackity Jones" (S4E07).
Beretta Px4 Storm
An airgun version of the Beretta Px4 Storm is used by Annie when she gets back to America covertly, first seen in "No. 13 Baby" (S4E13). Henry Wilcox (Gregory Itzin) uses an actual Beretta Px4 Storm with a mounted suppressor in the same episode. Annie uses the pistol again in the middle of "Trompe Le Monde" (S4E16).
Colt M1911A1
Colt M1911A1s are used by Marine Security Guards stationed at the American Consulate in Hong Kong in "Trompe Le Monde" (S4E16).
Smith & Wesson SW1911
Joan Campbell (Kari Matchett) uses a Smith & Wesson SW1911 to finish off an assassin near the end of "There Goes the Gun" (S4E15).
Umarex GPDA
Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) uses a nickel plated Umarex GPDA (a blank firing replica of the Browning BDM) to kill Calder Michaels, the CIA Station Chief of Medellin, Colombia in "Vamos" (S4E01).
Glock 17
A Glock 17 is used by a Stavros henchman in Vienna in "Here Comes Your Man" (S4E05). Teo uses it in the same episode after he disarms the same henchman of his sidearm. A Politi officer uses a Glock 17 in Denmark to engage a fleeing Annie and Teo in "Hang Wire" (S4E09). An armed man in Geneva chases after Annie with a Glock 17 in the middle of "Something Against You" (S4E12). Annie uses one briefly before being disarmed in "River Euphrates" (S4E14). Lexington security guards in Hong Kong use them as their main sidearm when confronted by CIA SOG teams sent in by Braithwaite with Annie seemingly using a Glock 17 in her final showdown against Henry in "Trompe Le Monde" (S4E16). FBI agent Vincent Rossabi uses one possibly as his main sidearm throughout the season.
Glock 19
A Glock 19 is used by Nelson Smith (Jonathan Togo) in the middle of "River Eupharates" (S4E14). One is used in "Trompe Le Monde" (S4E16) by Annie after disarming a Ministry of State Security agaent to take out a MSS official by knocking him out cold.
Glock 26
A Glock 26 with a suppressor is used by a hired assassin in the middle of "There Goes the Gun" (S4E15), which is never fired in the episode.
Heckler & Koch USP
Teo uses a Heckler & Koch USP as his sidearm in "Here Comes Your Man" (S4E05) to execute Stavros.
SIG-Sauer P226
A SIG-Sauer P226 is obtained through a secret safe in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Smith & Wesson SW99
An ALC fighter retreats while firing his two-tone Smith & Wesson SW99 in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Smith & Wesson 6906
Deric Hughes (Aidan Devine), one of Henry Wilcox's moles in the CIA, uses a suppressed Smith & Wesson 6906 to assassinate a CIA agent in Copenhagen in "Levitate Me".
Walther P99
Annie confronts Teo Braga with a Walther P99 near the end of "Into the White" (S4E03).
Walther P99AS
Annie uses a Walther P99AS as her main sidearm in Colombia when the CIA's SOG team leads a raid into a ALC fighter camp in "Into the White" (S4E03).
Walther PPK
In "Hang Wire" (S4E09), Annie uses a Walther PPK in Denmark after it was given to her back in America by Joan and Arthur via bag. Sana Wilcox (Seeta Indrani) uses one near the end of "Dead" while Annie uses her PPK to shoot Deric Hughes.

A majority of CIA SOG operators in a black ops mission in Colombia are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5A3s with Surefire tactical lights in "Into the White" (S4E03). They are also seen with CIA guards protecting a CIA black ops detention center in "I've Been Waiting for You" (S4E08). CIA SOG operators operating under the orders of Braithwaithe use MP5A3s with railed handguards in "Trompe Le Monde" (S4E16).
