I've edited in the part of "Semi-Auto Rifle" Upgraded that was different and mixed between M1 Carbine magazine, the charging handle SVT-40, the style looks like gewehr 43 and Norinco Type 63. I think that a semi-auto shotgun should represent the actual 930 autoloader, although this is badly modeled (similar re-made of the usual 500), and it is shorter than it should be. --[[User:Slon95|Slon95]] ([[User talk:Slon95|talk]]) 11:43, 26 May 2020 (EDT)

Glock pistol

The gun in the game is clearly not a 17. It is of the compact frame like the 19, and it's 12 round capacity would signify one of the larger caliber models. Someone fix this.

Or you could have done it yourself? At any rate, you might be right about it being a compact model, but you're wrong about the magazine capacity because I can't find any compact-frame Glock model here or anywhere else with a 12-round mag capacity. The closest they come are the G21, G23, G32 with 13 rounds. Spartan198 (talk) 16:56, 29 August 2015 (EDT)

Semi-Auto Rifle (Unkrown)

What is the identification of Semi-Auto Rifle in game?

that would be a chinese sks type 56 here is the link http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/SKS --Seekerdude (talk) 17:24, 13 August 2013 (EDT)

No, it's not an SKS due to the fact that it has a detachable straight-wall magazine. While an SKS can be modified with a detachable magazine, it would be tapered rather than straight due to its 7.62x39mm caliber (even 5- and 10-round mags in that caliber are tapered). Rather, the mag looks to me like an M1 carbine magazine that's just been enlarged. Another random note about the Semi-Auto Rifle are that its sights are misaligned, making it difficult to aim. tell me about it all though the hooded sight led me to believe it was a type 56 also the detachable led me down this train of thought odd that the game developers used a ComBloc weapon / warsaw pact weapon --Seekerdude (talk) 11:22, 14 August 2013 (EDT)

It wouldn't be unusual at all, semi-automatic carbines like the SKS are very popular sporting arms in the US. Spartan198 (talk) 09:17, 15 August 2013 (EDT)

oops got it wrong http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Type_63_Rifle could this be it the weapon in question--Seekerdude (talk) 11:50, 14 August 2013 (EDT)

I thought it might be the Type 63, but the gas tube is above the barrel, rather than below. --Funkychinaman (talk) 11:54, 14 August 2013 (EDT)

So, this is like an m14 for gas tube and barrel. http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/File:M14Rifle.jpg --PaulD21x (talk) 07:27, 14 August 2013 (VE)

To my eye, it most resembles scaled down M14 in terms of shape, but with an lengthened M1 carbine magazine and Type 56-style peep sites. It's a frankengun, basically. Anyway, I'm gonna try to clean up the descriptions on the page, as it reads like English isn't the author's native language (there's nothing wrong with that, of course :) ) Spartan198 (talk) 09:17, 15 August 2013 (EDT)

There, now it's a little more understandable. I left the Semi-Auto Rifle's description as-is for until we come up with a consensus on it. Spartan198 (talk) 11:02, 15 August 2013 (EDT)

Good work, good translated. Sorry English is not my language, my official language is Spanish of Venezuela. I am Venezuelan, I think I'm the only Latin American in imfdb. --PaulD21x (talk) 01:49, 15 August 2013 (VE)
