Akikan! (アキカン!,Empty Can!) is a Japanese light novel series by Riku Ranjō, with illustrations by Hiro Suzuhira, known for her artistry in Shuffle!. The first novel was released on May 24, 2007, and as of April 25, 2008, five volumes have been published by Shueisha under their Super Dash Bunko label. A manga adaptation began serialization in Ultra Jump on October 18, 2008, an anime adaptation has been announced and will begin airing on January 3, 2009 . On December 22, 2008, an early release of the first episode was streamed on the internet through Bandai Channel.

Akikan! (2009)


Tokarev TT-33

In Najimi's flash back, one of the kidnapers is armed with a TT-33 pistol and later on Kakeru gets hold of the TT-33 pistol. To tell if this pistol is a TT-33 and not a Type 54 is by that a TT-33 doesn't have a safety selector on the rear only the Type 54 has one. But it would be more appropriate if it was a Type 54, as it take place in Japan. Shown in (Episode 2).
