The Snowtown Murders is a 2011 Australian film directed by Morten Tyldum and starring Lucas Pittaway and Daniel Henshall. The film is based on the true case of the "Snowtown" or "Bodies in Barrels" serial murders which occurred from 1992 to 1999 in South Australia.
