Actually, it's quite common to see WW2 Russian weapons in mint condition, as most were refurbished after the war and put into war stores. Just look at the Mosin-Nagants imported into North America over the past 10 years, or the SVT-40s that recently made it into Canada.

==Messing up the formatting==
We need to post a standard formatting template. That way, new members won't be royally screwing up the page's formatting. Also, please try to refer to the standard (which is just the way most of the pages are until we post the rules .....) before screwing with a page's format. :I wish people would write the gun names correctly (It is a PPSh-41, not a PPSH, etc, etc.), not link gun pages in the section titles, fill out the descriptions, link gun pages in the descriptions, and put captions in all the screencaps. All this stuff is standard format (although sometimes, MPM, you don't follow all these steps yourself, like not linking gun pages or adding gun images) and should be followed. Not to harp on anyone, I'm just saying, I'd fix it myself (and may later on), but other people shouldn't have to clean up pages when people don't do everything properly, they should do it properly themselves. ;) - [[User:Gunmaster45|Gunmaster45]]

AND stop with the spoilers
What is with people? If a film is not available on DVD yet, then try not to put in spoilers.
STOP with the bootleg images
What is it with THIS particular movie and people uploading images from obvious BOOTLEG copies. Stop it or you will be banned. Sorry guys. It happens with new members over and over again. Especially our members in Hong Kong. But we must abide by the rules in the United States. Also I myself don't appreciate bootlegs being sold because it cuts into the profit margin of the people who actually made the movie (lower profits, less movies, lower budgets, less work for the support and logistics people, like the armorers.....) Screencaps
The screencaps for this page were taken from the publicly released High Definition Trailer. When the movie is released on DVD/BluRay then a copy will be purchased and more screencaps will follow.
An RPD?!
The hell is an RPD doing in a movie taking place in WWII. I know the design can go as early as 1943 and by 1944, it was ready for mass production, but the odds of a resistance cell in German occupied territory getting their hands on this is...impossible. Excalibur01 12:51, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Mint Weapons
Actually, it's quite common to see WW2 Russian weapons in mint condition, as most were refurbished after the war and put into war stores. Just look at the Mosin-Nagants imported into North America over the past 10 years, or the SVT-40s that recently made it into Canada.
- My dad's Mosin Nagant is in mint excellent condition, and it is an original. An SVT-40 that was brought into the shop to sell was also in mint. So I agree with you on that. - Gunmaster45
