The Courier uses a 2.5" barreled Mag-na-Ported Smith & Wesson Model 629 throughout the film. He acquires it from a pair of gun dealers. A similar gun can be seen in the movies The Hitcher, Beverly Hills Cop and Extreme Prejudice.
Glock 19
Several assassins, and law enforcement officers, use Glock 19 pistols in the film, including Mr. Capo (Miguel Ferrer), and Mrs. Capo (Lili Taylor).
Heckler & Koch P7M8
The second gun The Courier purchases from the gun dealers is a Heckler & Koch P7M8. He uses it until it is confiscated when he is arrested.
Colt Detective Special
One of the guns the gun dealers present to The Courier is a Colt Detective Special. He opts not to purchase it.
Walther P22
One of the other guns presented to The Courier by the gun dealers is a Walther P22, which one of the dealers refer to as "Walther .380". This is a goof, since the P22 comes only in .22 caliber (hence the name).
