If you think that it is eligible, the thing to do is to ask one of the admins first, or better yet create the finished page on your user page first. Unless you can come up with some screenshots that show that the weapons used are actually based on the guns that you say they are (and not just a name in the manual), it will be deleted again.  --commando552 (talk) 10:17, 9 June 2013 (EDT)

:Remind me again why Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake even have articles, then? Most if not all of the guns/weapons aren't even identifiable anywhere outside the manuals. By your logic, the MSX2 games should not even exist as articles for that reason. And either way, the manual has given them their identities, so its a moot point. ::On screen ID supersedes the manual, but that's the problem, there's nothing to identify on screen. It's never a good idea to back up your argument with two weak, incomplete pages. Now that you've brought them to my attention, I'm okay with deleting them as well. --Funkychinaman (talk) 12:35, 9 June 2013 (EDT)
:::Definitely delete the first one as it only has one screenshot of a generic pistol which doesn't really look like anything. The second game is possibly eligible, as some of the guns are identifiable like the grenades, the Beretta and the Ingram. Even the missiles, although the launcher is not shown, are relatively accurate to what the real world missiles look like. Having said that the last 5 entries are BS and can be deleted. Unless screenshots are added to this that show weapons which look like they are actually based on something rather than just generic ones, then this will be deleted soon. --commando552 (talk) 13:07, 9 June 2013 (EDT)

Firstly, this page was deleted as being ineligible when you created it a year ago.

Remind me again why Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake even have articles, then? Most if not all of the guns/weapons aren't even identifiable anywhere outside the manuals. By your logic, the MSX2 games should not even exist as articles for that reason. And either way, the manual has given them their identities, so its a moot point. On screen ID supersedes the manual, but that's the problem, there's nothing to identify on screen. It's never a good idea to back up your argument with two weak, incomplete pages. Now that you've brought them to my attention, I'm okay with deleting them as well. --Funkychinaman (talk) 12:35, 9 June 2013 (EDT)
Definitely delete the first one as it only has one screenshot of a generic pistol which doesn't really look like anything.
