Contrary to what the page says, this is not a Desert Eagle; it's the same Jericho 941 that Tesla uses elsewhere in the epiosde. You can see the end of the guide rod beneath the bore. For comparison purposes, find a picture of the bore of a Desert Eagle; it doesn't have a visible guide rod. -MT2008 (talk) 19:06, 11 April 2013 (EDT)

:It isn't a Jericho either, the frame is way too wide. On a 941 the slide is the same width as the frame, but on this it is only about half the width of the frame. Also you can see that step all the way around the side and top of the gun where the front of the slide would be on a real Desert Eagle, as opposed to the Jericho which just has a normal ejection port. The rear sight is also short and wide rather than tall and narrow like on the Jericho. With that guide rod no idea what it is though, maybe a mock-up or a blank fire only gun of some sort.  --commando552 (talk) 23:07, 11 April 2013 (EDT)
::I think it was a Jericho mocked up as a Desert Eagle. I am basing my opinion on the fact that the front of the "Desert Eagle"'s slide looks like the front of a Jericho slide. I think that a Jericho was mocked up to look like a Desert Eagle specifically to emphasize the effect that getting shot at had on Palmer. --L.J. Gibbs ([[User talk:L.J. NOT a Desert Eagle

In "About Face" (S5E17), Jimmy visualizes Tesla's (James Logan) Desert Eagle.

I think it was a Jericho mocked up as a Desert Eagle. I am basing my opinion on the fact that the front of the "Desert Eagle"'s slide looks like the front of a Jericho slide. I think that a Jericho was mocked up to look like a Desert Eagle specifically to emphasize the effect that getting shot at had on Palmer. --L.J. Gibbs (talk) 12:16, 21 October 2013 (EDT)
