Urban Terror (often abbreviated as UrT ) started out as a mod for the popular Quake 3 game. In 2007 it was released as a free stand-alone multiplayer-only game. Later it was nominated for the 2007 Mod of the Year Award.
The following weapons appear in the video game Urban Terror:
Handguns
Beretta 92G Inox
The Beretta 92G Inox appears as "Beretta 92G" in the game and holds 15 rounds.
IMI/Magnum Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The second usable pistol is the Desert Eagle Mark XIX. Holds 7 rounds and is called "DE .50 AE".
Glock 17
The Glock 17 pistol has been added in the 4.2 update. It is referred to as the Glock 18 variant, even though it lacks the latter's fire selector on the slide. It incorrectly fires in 3-round burst mode, but can be switched to semi-automatic mode. It erroneously holds 12 rounds per magazine.
In the alpha of Urban Terror HD, the pistol only fires in semi-automatic mode, and the markings on the slide misidentify it as a Glock 19.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5K
The MP5K can be used as a primary and as a secondary weapon in the game. It cannot fire in semi-automatic mode, only in 3-round burst or full-auto.
Heckler & Koch UMP45
The UMP45 is another gun that can be used as a primary or secondary weapon. It erroneously holds 30 rounds and can fire in 3-round burst mode. (In real life only the 2-round burst mode is present on some models.)
Rifles
Heckler & Koch G36
The H&K G36 is a very accurate weapon in the game. The built-in scope can be very useful to take out enemies from a safe distance. It can fire in semi-auto, full-auto and 3-round burst mode. The latter is incorrect, no rifle in the G36 family can fire in 3-round burst mode. The 2-round burst mode is available on some special models, though.
AK-103
The AK-103 appears as "Kalashnikov AK-103" and can fire in semi-auto, full-auto and (incorrect) burst modes.
Colt Model 720
The XM4 Carbine is another usable assault rifle in Urban Terror. Called "M4A1" but it doesn't have a removable carrying handle. It also appears with the incorrect burst-firing ability making it the XM4 Carbine.
Z-M Weapons LR 300ML
The LR 300LM assault rifle can be used in the game. Holds 30 rounds and can incorrectly fire in 3-round burst mode.
Heckler & Koch PSG-1
The PSG-1 appears with a variable zoom (2X, 4X or 6X) scope and holds (an incorrect) 8 rounds.
Remington SR8
The bolt-action Remington SR8 is the most powerful rifle in the game. Appears with woodland camouflage finish and has a variable zoom (4X, 6X or 8X) scope. The only drawback is that it holds only 5 rounds.
(The Remington SR8 was a prototype sniper rifle developed by Remington Arms for the Italian Army. The rifle was designed to fire .338 Lapua Magnum. The design of the rifle is based on the Remington 700.)
Other
Franchi SPAS-12
The Franchi SPAS-12 appears in semi-automatic mode and holds 8 shells. Can be used as a primary or secondary weapon.
IMI Negev
Appears with a 90-round ammo belt, the IMI Negev is good for "spray and pray" tactics but the poor accuracy can be a problem after a certain range. Due to its heavy weight, no secondary weapon can be carried when this LMG is selected. The damage is identical to the MP5.
Heckler & Koch HK69A1
The HK69A1 single-shot grenade launcher shoots "frag" grenades in the game which don't explode on contact.
HE Grenade
A generetic HE grenade can be equipped in the grenade slot.
Smoke Grenade
A generetic smoke grenade can be equipped in the grenade slot.
