:Alas, apparently the filmmakers only had access to WW2 era carbines, though in real life the bayonet lug carbines was common in the field during the Korean War.  Whats ever sadder is that if you could afford the NFA Tax Stamp, you could buy all those Full auto guns yourself in California.  [[User:MoviePropMaster2008|MoviePropMaster2008]] ([[User talk:MoviePropMaster2008|talk]])

Korean War Carbines

Alas, apparently the filmmakers only had access to WW2 era carbines, though in real life the bayonet lug carbines was common in the field during the Korean War.
