Proteus is a 1995 sci-fi horror film directed by Bob Keen (To Catch a Yeti) and starring Craig Fairbrass. Although given a theatrical release in the UK, it went direct-to-video in the US.
The following weapons were used in the film Proteus:
AKS-47
Alex (Craig Fairbrass) uses an modified AKS-47 for much of the film. His AKS-47 appears to be a hybrid between an AKS-47 and an L85 rifle, with an L85 forend and SUSAT sight. One of the Brinkstone guards is also armed with the same rifle, which Alex later takes away from him.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s are often seen in the film. An MP5A3 with the slim forearm is seen in the hands of security guard Buckley (Ricco Ross), and MP5A3s with Surefire forearms, weapon lights and flash hiders are seen in the hands of Rachel (Jennifer Calvert), Paul (Robert Firth), Linda (Toni Barry), Mark (William Marsh), and Alex. Inglis Hi-Power
Rachel chooses to use an Inglis Hi-Power for much of the film. Christine (Margot Steinberg), Mark, Linda, and Alex use one as well.

Mark picks up a Steyr AUG, but never uses it.

A Brinkstone guard holds a SIG-Sauer P228 to Alex's head.
Krieghoff Model L
