The line launcher Dom's crew uses in their heists seems to be built from a bolt action rifle. During the opening heist when Vince (I'm assuming) first pulls it out, it appears to have a dark synthetic stock with either a stainless steel or chrome bolt handle. Any ideas as to what it is? If anyone happens to watch this, can they check of the flat top carbine without a sight has a bayonet lug or not. If not then it is one of the civilian models, such as the Match Target Competition HBAR II:
