::Treyarch sort of half-assed it with COD3. It's not really their fault, they had other projects and just couldn't commit the resources to this game that IW does to theirs (IW only does COD games.) It wasn't seen as a step forward in the series, and perhaps it was even a step backwards. I don't think Activision even bothered releasing this game on PC. --funkychinaman 12:39, 31 August 2010 (UTC) | ::Treyarch sort of half-assed it with COD3. :::Basic problem with 3 was that it was made for PS2, XBox and Wii as well as 360 and PS3 since nobody knew where the money was back then. Which means it looks...Well, like a prettied-up PS2 game. There's motion sensor gimmicks, it's very drab, and they ran out of famous battles so it's set in a bunch of minor skirmishes in occupied France that I doubt even the French have ever heard of. I've got it, but it's so tedious I've never bothered to finish it, let alone screencap it. ::::>cod3 sucks they said. I think it's absolutely glorious, despite the tediousness.--AgentGumby (talk) 13:34, 10 December 2016 (EST) | |||
:::::Not only Treyarch had other projects, but also they only had one year between the release of their game CoD2: Big Red One (which was regarded as a pretty good game) and the release of CoD3. IW at least had two years for CoD2, CoD4, etc. --Ultimate94ninja (talk) 17:14, 19 September 2018 (EDT) |

Haha. There's no discussion here because COD3 sucks.--FirearmFanatic 15:37, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- Ehhh, yeah... --funkychinaman 17:20, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
But you created it, giving CoD3 something to live for BeardedHoplite 19:55, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
- What makes it suck? I've never played it (don't have a 360 D:), Hmmm, the weapons models look much better than COD2's weapon models and did anybody notice that COD1 has better weapon models (not textures) than COD2?
