Condemed 2: Bloodshot (2008)

Condemned 2: Bloodshot (or just Condemned 2 in Australia/Europe/Asia) is the sequel to Condemned: Criminal Origins. It is a psychological survival/horror video game that now emphasizes on the use of street fighting as well as past elements of Criminal Investigation. The game was developed by Monolith Productions (F.E.A.R. series) and published by Sega. Condemned 2 was released on March 11, 2008, in North America on the Xbox 360, on March 27, 2008, in Australia and later on April 4, 2008, on PlayStation 3, and April 4, 2008, in Europe for both platforms.

The following weapons appear in the video game Condemned 2: Bloodshot:

Overview

Unlike the first game, firearms can be reloaded by scavenging supplies from weapon lockers and dropped guns. However, when a firearm becomes empty, it can no longer be used, even as a melee weapon. At first the player can only carry 1 weapon until they unlock the holster, which, depending on the player's rank on one level, allows them to store a second weapon of specific types (from just pistols for the lowest rank to any weapon for the highest). Carrying two weapons allows the player switch between them at will. In the early part of the game, aiming firearms is handled rather uniquely; due to the player character's alcoholism, being sober adversely impacts accuracy, while drinking causes the player's aim to steady.

Condemned 2 also features a bonus gametype known as "FPS Mode", which starts the player with a weapon in each level complete with unlimited ammo. Unfortunately, as in normal gameplay, weapons cannot be reloaded mid-magazine when not in the presence of a matching firearm. Another bonus mode, "Fight Club", allows the player to select firearms as available in-level weapons.

Pistols

SIG-Sauer P226

The SIG-Sauer P226 replaces the .45 M1911 Pistol from the first game. Holds a correct 15 rounds in Singleplayer and is the standard sidearm of SCU (Serial Crime Unit) and Dorland and Rosa's signature weapon. Most common pistol in the game. Has a laser aiming module under the barrel. Called the 9mm Pistol in-game.

Smith & Wesson Model 66 Snub Nose

The Smith & Wesson Model 66 Snub Nose, called the .38 Revolver in-game, uses .38 Special ammunition with a 6 round cylinder.

Smith & Wesson Model 29

The Smith & Wesson Model 29 in the game features a scope which allows distant shots, recoil seems relatively mild if non-existent in scope view and it seems to kill anything in about two body shots or 1 headshot. It can only be reloaded in one level in Singleplayer. Called the .44 Revolver or the Scoped Revolver in-game.

Ruger Mark II "Suppressed"

Called the Silenced .22, the Ruger Mark II is a very weak weapon often taking several rounds to down an enemy, in-game stats list the weapon being so weak that a common thrown brick is more deadly. Headshots with this weapon still do the same damage as the other guns, often popping heads instantly in a gory shower. Incorrectly holds 15 rounds and the world model on the Silencer appears much larger than the first person view.

Shotguns

Sawn-Off Double Barrel Shotgun

Unknown make of shotgun, very rare in the game. Named Double Barrelled Shotgun in-game, holds only 2 shots but is extremely powerful with short range.

Shortened Winchester Model 1912

Called Shotgun in-game. It is a chopped down Winchester Model 1912 with a shortened barrel, magazine tube, and a shortened stock. Holds 5 shots. The concept art depicts the weapon featuring rifle sights on the barrel of the weapon, not the receiver.

Benelli M3 Super 90

Called the Riot Gun in-game, The Benelli M3 Super 90 is possibly one of the better firearms available given to you in one of the early levels. It is fitted with an optical sight that displays a red chevron as an aiming aid. Holds 8 shots (the real one will only hold 8 if you did 7+1) and fires in semi-automatic. Similar to some Police Entry Shotguns. Is Pierce La'Rue's signature weapon.

Condemned 2's Benelli M3, looks similar to a slightly shortened Entry version with a mounted reflex sight. Note that the proportions in this image are a bit off from the real version, notably the foregrip and the pistol-griped stock.

Sub-Machine Guns

IMI Mini Uzi

A Mini Uzi submachine gun appears as the aptly-named "Subgun". Holds 20 rounds and fires full automatic. It only appears in the Preston Hotel level as a findable weapon, and as one of the starting guns in FPS Mode in the Museum. The concept art is noticeably incorrect, depicting the weapon with an attached suppressor (one resembling a chopped version of Sionic's two-stage suppressor for the MAC-10) and folding stock, neither of which are present on the in-game weapon.

Rifles

Winchester Model 1894 "Mares Leg"

Called the Lever Rifle in-game. The Winchester Model 1894 "Mares Leg" is quite powerful but also relatively rare, holds 5 shots. The lever action does not seem to be worked to cycle the next round, but a very quick "click" plays when the weapon is cycled.

Custom Colt Model 933

Called Assault Rifle in-game. The M933 is standard issue to SCU, holds 30 rounds. It is customized with a different flash-hider, a custom gas-block, back up iron sights, RIS handguard with rail covers, a TangoDown BG-16 Battlegrip, a Vltor Modstock, Magpul 5.56x45mm NATO magazine grips, and a Trijicon ACOG TA31RCO-M4CP-like sight. Fire rate seems to be a lot slower than what it is depicted in real life.
