Pistols
Beretta 84
Before Carlos (Daniele Quinn) goes to the drug deal, Nikki (Lauren Holly) takes a Beretta 84 from her purse and hands it to him.
Beretta 92S
Cream (Laurence Fishburne) uses a Beretta 92S to threaten Joe (Stephen Lang). Joe then disarms Cream of the Beretta 92S and holds it on him, ordering that he tell his men to put down their weapons.
Taurus PT99AFS
When Joe orders Cream to have his men drop their weapons, one of them pulls out a nickel Taurus PT99AFS .
Colt Government Model M1911A1
When Cream's men surrender their weapons, one removes from his holster what appears to be a Colt Government M1911A1. Carlos (Daniele Quinn) can be seen using the Colt Government Model at the end of the movie.
Colt Gold Cup National Match
Carlos (Daniele Quinn) throws a Colt Gold Cup National Match onto a bed before he announces to Joe he's leaving.
Smith & Wesson 669
What appears to be a S&W Model 669 is taken from one of Cream's thugs.
Revolvers
Smith & Wesson Model 19
During the drug bust at the beginning of the film, undercover police officers are shown using Smith & Wesson Model 19 revolvers with 2" barrels.
Smith & Wesson Model 64
Aldo (Danton Stone), a friend of Carlos, is seen with a revolver, which appears to be a stainless Smith & Wesson Model 64.
Submachine Guns
Star Z63
When Joe (Stephen Lang) disarms Cream (Laurence Fishburne), his men threaten Joe with an assortment of submachine guns. Joe forces Cream to make them drop the their weapons and has "The Band" collect them. One of Cream's men has a Spanish Star Z63. Ruben (Michael Carmine) can later be seen using the Z63 during the training session. Note the "two finger" trigger assembly (lower only for semi-auto, both for fully automatic) that clearly indicates that this is a Star Z63 and not the improved Z70/B. It should also be noted that this could be a Star Z-62, which was chambered in both 9x23 Largo as well as 9x19 NATO - and is identical except for the chamber depth (both model 9x19mm magazines had a plate welded to the front for a snug fit into the larger receiver opening). This is unlikely, however, as the Z-63 was the model specifically sold by the Spanish for export, and would likely have been the model obtained by the armorer.
Beretta Model 12
One of Cream's thugs has a Beretta Model 12. J.L. (John Cameron Mitchell) can be seen using the Beretta M12 for the rest of the film.
Walther MPK
One of Cream's men has a Walther MPK. This weapon isn't used again for the rest of the film.
MAC-10
Two of Cream's men have MAC-10 submachine guns with barrel extensions and the stocks removed. One of these is used by Moss (Leon Robinson) for the rest of the film. Many of Cream's men can be seen using the same type of MAC-10s during the attack on the apartment house where Joe and "The Band" are staying. Some of the guards at Nestor's drug lab also use MAC-10s. At the end of the film, Nestor (James Remar) can be seen using a MAC-10 with no barrel extension.
Uzi
An Uzi submachine gun is another weapon confiscated from one of Cream's men. Joe later uses the Uzi when Cream and his gang attack the apartment house. Nikki (Lauren Holly) can be seen with the Uzi near the end of the film.
Smith & Wesson M76
Yet another weapon taken from Cream's gang is the Smith & Wesson M76. Dorcy (Al Shannon) uses the M76 for the rest of the film. Ruben (Michael Carmine) can be seen pretending to fire the M76 when "The Band" are inspecting the confiscated weapons. Some of Cream's men can be seen using M76 submachine guns during the attack on the apartment house, and some guards at the drug lab have them as well.
Micro Uzi
The Micro Uzi submachine gun is seen in the hands of one of Cream's thugs, and it is later taken from him. Cream (Laurence Fishburne) himself uses a Micro Uzi during the attack on the house.
Shotguns
Remington 870
A corrections officer on the airboat that transports the protagonists to the Everglades can be seen holding a Remington 870. Nikki (Lauren Holly) uses a sawn off Remington 870 at the end of the film.
Mossberg 500
A few guards at the drug factory can be seen using Mossberg 500 shotguns.
Rifles & Carbines
M16A1
Carlos (Daniele Quinn) can be seen with a M16A1 when Joe (Stephen Lang) is teaching him marksmanship skills. It's assumed this is Joe's personal weapon as it's not one taken from Cream's men. Ruben uses the same M16A1 during the attack by Cream's gang. Carlos uses the M16A1 to provide covering fire for the rest of "The Band" when they attack the drug factory.
CAR-15
Carlos (Daniele Quinn) can be seen armed with a CAR-15 during the tactical training session. It's assumed that this is another personal weapon of Joe's as it's not one that was confiscated from Cream's thugs. Ruben (Michael Carmine) uses the CAR-15 as his personal weapon during the attack on the drug factory.
Other
M61 Vulcan
A structure on top of the drug factory hides a gun turret containing a pintle-mounted rotary cannon. Grating on the structure folds down to allow the cannon to fire. The weapon closely resembles an M61 Vulcan but slightly smaller. It is not known if this is an actual weapon firing blanks or a prop gun constructed for the film. The cannon closely resembles the cannon mounted on the Blue Thunder helicopter, which is supposed to be a M61 Vulcan, but was a acetylene-firing mockup.
