I'll admit when I appear to be wrong. I did not see those photos on the P230/P232 page. Bristow8411 (talk) 22:45, 8 October 2012 (EDT) | |||

Just watched S3E13, where Sarah is supposedly using a P228. Upon closer inspection, she's actually using a P229. Just letting you know to justify my changing the main page. --Mormonpowerranger521 1:41, 6 December 2013 (MST) |

I think the P228s used by Chuck in the dream sequence are actually P229s, as you can see the "steps" in the slides. --SmithandWesson36 20:10, 21 January 2012 (CST)

Hope the Link works:

Unknown Pistol
An unknown pistol is seen on the poster of "Sans Respirer" in Morgan's office, in "Chuck Versus The Nacho Sampler" (S3E06).
SIG and the PPK
I am looking at the etchings on the slide and I still think that the P232 is mislabeled and is indeed a PPK. Bristow8411 (talk) 02:02, 8 October 2012 (EDT)
Now compare the etching on the slide to the gun used in the show
Whereas the P232 has the etching below the slide on the frame and near the end of the frame, the gun used in the show has etching on the slide itself right in the middle of the slide.
- That picture is of a post 2008 US made P232 slide. The German made slides and earlier US slides have the markings that are seen in that photo, along with slanted slide serrations. For example:
- It could also be the P230. In fact I think this may be the case, although you can't see the rear sight to confirm for sure, the serrations on the P232 go all the way to the ejection port, but on this there appears to be a gap like on the P230:

Sarah's P228
Just watched S3E13, where Sarah is supposedly using a P228. Upon closer inspection, she's actually using a P229. Just letting you know to justify my changing the main page. --Mormonpowerranger521 1:41, 6 December 2013 (MST)
