:: I'd personally like to see a Blue Sun page to make it easier to explain to people what weapons it adds without having to read through the changelog, but you really need to do a good job. Mods are an iffy thing to make pages about, so if you want the page to remain you had better make it the best damn page around. Chitoryu12 18:40, 1 July 2012 (CDT)

By chance did you ask permission from Squint (The owner of the screenshots used in the article) for permission to use them? If not, i`m sure he`d appreciate it if you did or at the very least credited him. They belong to an excellent Let`s Play of this game on the Let`s Play Archives by said owner. Well worth a look-through (Found here http://lparchive.org/7-62mm/) --Ho-hum 17:35, 21 July 2012 (CDT)
What is the in-game name of the SKS-D?
When I came across this image during my SKS edits, I saw that the section about the SKS-D was titled Type 63 Carbine. I wondered if that is the in-game name, but I don't have the game and online information is really sparse. Does anybody know what is its in-game name? --Wuzh (talk) 23:19, 10 November 2018 (EST)
Tip for whoever wants to further edit the page
in the game if you open up the console with the tilde key and type in "enter_dev_mode" you will turn on cheats, after which you can type into the console "shop" and press enter and it will take you to an inventory with EVERY ITEM, GUN, MODIFICATION, etc IN THE GAME and you can freely inspect them and take them and their respective modifications, cheers! --Cherkovskiy (talk) 20:10, 27 December 2023 (UTC)

OK, so. Insofar as I've found, everyone who plays 7.62 nowadays generally installs R@S's excellent Blue Sun Mod, which fixes all of the bugs and adds enough guns to level an entire city block through lead corrosion and then rebuild it entirely out of firearms. Should we make a page for this? Sopher 2:51, 30 May 2012 (EST)

I'd personally like to see a Blue Sun page to make it easier to explain to people what weapons it adds without having to read through the changelog, but you really need to do a good job. Mods are an iffy thing to make pages about, so if you want the page to remain you had better make it the best damn page around. Chitoryu12 18:40, 1 July 2012 (CDT)

What is the in-game name of the SKS-D?

in the game if you open up the console with the tilde key and type in "enter_dev_mode" you will turn on cheats, after which you can type into the console "shop" and press enter and it will take you to an inventory with EVERY ITEM, GUN, MODIFICATION, etc IN THE GAME and you can freely inspect them and take them and their respective modifications, cheers! --Cherkovskiy (talk) 20:10, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
