Pistols

The fake Amber (who turns out to be Claude) uses a Beretta 92FS as her main sidearm before Izanami forces her to commit suicide in the first OVA.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Two Heckler & Koch USP Compact pistols are seen in the hands of the two Section 3 agents who accompany Michiru to apprehend Hei. Dr. Pavlichenko is also armed with the USP Compact towards the end of the series.
Norinco Type 54
A Norinco Type 54 is used by a Chinese Communist Party official to execute Claude for betraying him in the OVA.
Walther PPK/S
April and Kobayashi carry Walther PPK/S pistols as their sidearms.
Smith & Wesson 3913
Misaki still uses the same Smith & Wesson 3913 that she carried in Darker Than Black.
Yarygin PYa MP-443 Grach
Major Repnin and his subordinates all carry Yarygin PYa MP-443 Grach pistols.

Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Section 3 paramilitary personnel are issued Heckler & Koch MP5A3 submachine guns as one of their main weapons. Misaki uses one near the end of the show.
Klin PP-9
The FSB Spetsnaz teams use the Klin PP-9 after they engage Hei, Suou and the Section 3 force in Vladivostok. The PP-9 is also used by militsiya officers guarding a local Vladivostok train station.

Colt M4A1
Both Section 3 commandos and American soldiers use Colt M4A1 carbines while occupying the Greater Tokyo Area. Okinawa-based Syndicate agents use this to attack Hei after he raids their hideout to rescue Yin.
GIAT FAMAS G1
The GIAT FAMAS G1 is used by the defecting Syndicate Contractor in China as her main weapon. French commandos covertly deployed to China also use the G1.
Colt M16 Marksman Rifle
Gorō Kobayashi is seen with a marksman M16A2 variant, similar to the one used by Golgo 13.
Mosin Nagant M91/30
Several old and decrepit Mosin Nagant M91/30 rifles are seen hung on a wall in Nika's hideout.
PTRD-41
A PTRD-41 is seen in Nika's hideout. Later wielded by Suō Pavlichenko as part of her contractor powers, which she uses as her main weapon. Shion uses a left-handed PTRD-41 to assassinate Tanya, which later recovered by the police and Section 3.
Sako 85 Bavarian
Suou uses a Sako 85 Bavarian rifle while on a deer hunt in Siberia with her father in a flashback.
VSS Vintorez
The FSB Spetnaz team in Vladivostok make use of the VSS Vintorez sniper rifle against Hei and Suou. Squads of FSB Spetsnaz operators are armed with the VSS after they evacuate Tanya from her school.

August 7 conjures a Franchi SPAS-12 as part of his contract against Hei.

Browning M2
Browning M2 machine guns are seen mounted on American Stryker vehicles.
General Electric M61 Vulcan
An American F-18 fighter jet is deployed in Chinese airspace, armed with a M61 Vulcan.
Hughes M230 Chaingun
Several Hughes M230 Chainguns are seen with American Apaches when they were spotted by Madam Oreille flying towards Tokyo airspace.
Norinco Type 85
Norinco Type 85 machine guns are mounted on Harbin Z-9W choppers during a raid in China.
Rocket Launchers
FIM-92A Stinger
A defecting Syndicate Contractor uses one as she assist Hei in securing Yin before she fully becomes Izanami from Claude and his Contractor team in China.
Others
Ray Gun
Used by Madam Oreille, decked in a futuristic-like sneaking suit, kills off a Section 3 contractor using a fictitious ray gun. The weapon is described as using an electric field. In the OVA, it's revealed that Professor Schroeder had a hand in the creation of the Ray Gun.
