Contraband is a 2012 action film directed by Baltasar Kormákur (2 Guns). A remake of the 2009 Icelandic film Reykjavík-Rotterdam (which happened to star Kormákur), the film stars Mark Wahlberg as Chris Farraday, a former smuggler who must re-enter the business to help his brother-in-law settle a debt to a ruthless drug lord.
